INGREDIENTS: Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl

NO ADDED COLOURS, FLAVOURS OR ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS
NO ADDED SUCROSE OR FRUCTOSE

Instructions:    

Mix 1g (1/4 tsp) in 200mL of water and consume immediately.

Best time to take is 30 minutes prior to training or exercise.
